Another Shaker......for some Special Royals!

It's almost that time of year when the bats go silent and we pack up for the Baseball season.  I hope we go Post Season, but we always celebrate our season with a Supervisors Party.  Since none of them follow my Blog, I am posting the card created for each of them.  I used the ticket punch and mini tickets in the shaker along with some stars.  A Test Ticket that we print every game provides the Sentiment.  I used another retired set to add the baseballs and bats to the background.  The new Star embossing folder adds some texture.  And the Star is our new Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer paper.  It is BRIGHT!! 

 

Sorry for the shadow, but my camera is officially dead and of course I can't find any batteries!!!

I am so Blessed to work for the Kansas City Royals and the Friends I have met there are priceless!!

Confetti Star Shaker card

Here is the card using the Confetti from the previous star punches.  Punch your scrap before you toss them and start a confetti container.  I used the Shaker Frames to make a pocket behind a window sheet for the shaker.  Looking back nw it would have beeb easier to use the straight edges of regular dimensionals.  But you get the idea!

Such a cute card for young and old!  The sentiment is from Honeycomb Hello. 

Daffodil Delight is embossed with the Star embossing folder.  The Tempting Turquoise stars and window sheet are cut with the Stars Framelits.  The confetti from using the punch give you beautiful confetti!  Place a pile on the card and carefully lower the Window sheet star.  Line the Window sheet with shaker frame dimensionals.  I used a glue dot in each corner to adhere the Turquoise star.  I then cut a Pumpkin Pie and Tempting Turquoise star and offset them.

Great Pumpkin Starry Night

This card makes me think of the Peanuts Halloween Special waiting for the Great Pumpkin to come.  Love that show, watch it every year if I get a chance.  And this Star punch gives the perfect Starry Night!

I chose a Perfect Plum card base to show off these stars.  Punched Basic Black and layered over Daffodil Delight.  The pumpkins from Fall Fest were stamped in Pumpkin Pie ink on Pumpkin Pie card stock.  Leaves Old Olive ink on Old Olive card stock.  Both cut with the Fun Fall framelits.  Trick or Treat is from Good Greetings that you can earn with a $300 party!!  And the Old Olive 2 tone trim adds the perfect touch.  I'm ready to wait in this pumpkin patch for the Great Pumpkin and this chilly weather makes me think that time is coming soon!

Seeing Stars

This Star border punch has a double purpose.  Punch Stars for a border and Star Confetti!  I love it when you get a two for one!!  First up is a punched star border.  A bit of a learning curve to line up this punch, but I'm getting better at it and will have it all figured out by the next Stamp a Stack!

I used the Amazing Birthday set and bright colors.  Daffodil Delight, Tempting Turquoise and Pumpkin Pie.  I also used the Star embossing folder for a few more stars.  Amazing is stamped and popped up for contrast.
