Melon Mambo card base and this Wide Stripe paper pattern.  3 X 5 1/2 centered on the card front.  I cut a 3X4 White piece and cut out the Rainbow.  Added the Bermuda Bay sentiment and then embossed with the Splatters embossing folder.
