In the Pines

 Christmas is right around the corner and trying to get my cards in the mail TODAY!  I needed more and wanted to go with a Simple Design and use In the Pines.  Love this set for obvious reasons and all you need is a little Pine with this Gorgeous "Tis the Season" paper.

I cut 3/4 inch off the 6X6 paper and then cut in half.  SO you paper is 3 X 5 1/4.  I adhered to a Whisper White card base.  On this sample I also added one of the extra strips to the side to bring in the Shaded Spruce.  

Then add a 3/4 X 4 1/4 strip of Shaded Spruce card stock across the card.  Stamp a Sentiment and then POP up the Pines........Super Simple and so many combinations!  A Red Jewel tops the middle Tree.

I saw this picture today on Facebook and I am going to try this.  My Blue Spruce is stunning and if I can start a Baby Blue Spruce I can share them with my friends!!  Gathering some pine cones tomorrow and will see what happens.
