 Remember all those Gnomes I colored and cut out?  I have been making some cards and LOVE how this Plaid Tidings pattern and the Tree cutouts pull this look together!  Such a cute Holiday card or make it a Birthday card!  I mean these could be Party Lights around your back yard Gnome Stump? Right?
