Love all the SHIMMER on this project! This paper is Gorgeous, I could use about 12 pieces, but will have to make do with 2, but that is easy as the rest of the pack is just as pretty!
To make the TAG, cut card stock 8 1/2 X 3. Score at 2 1/2 inches.
Punch a 1 1/2 circle in the short end. Add Designer paper 5 1/2 X 2 1/2. Embellish as you wish!!
