Halloween, One last Treat.......

I had some Treats for a Special Trick or Treater set aside and needed something to hold the Treats.  SO what to do?  Make a BAG, an odd sized bag.............

Russell Stover Pumpkins and a Nut mix, also added some Pringle snacks.  The Tag is decorated with the pieces of designer paper cut out while making the bag.  Love how the Cat was able to be cut out of the paper.

Here is the side view.  I started with a 6 X 12 piece of paper.  I wanted a wider bag, so I scored both short sides at 2 inches and the bottom long side at 2.  So you end up with a 8 X 4 X 2 bag, wide enough to hold some bigger treats!  You just have to do the MATH to get a different size bag!  See what you can create with your paper!  I also added a strip of cardstock 2 X 8 in the bottom of the bag to add some stability.

Thanksgiving Favors

I had so much fun making these and used scraps to cut all the leaves for a Stack of color on the Clear Treat Boxes.  No cutting or scoring a box, just fold and fill with a pretty Treat,  Perfect for your Table setting, or hand them out as Random acts of Kindness!

Werther's caramels in Pumpkin Spice and Green Apple....YUMM!  Cut Falling Leaves with the Bundle Framelits  in Soft Suede, Pumpkin Pie, Old Olive, Fresh Fig and a scrap of Garden Impressions paper.  I used Glue Dots to assemble and add to the Lid of the Box.  Let those shiney wrappers show thru!  Old Olive 1/8 sheer ribbon is tied around the stems.   The Box can be opened and the decoration will stay in place!

Fall Wine Tags

Only a week ago I was traveling the Gravel roads exploring Night Hawk Winery.  Thanksgiving is coming and a Bottle of Wine makes a Great Hostess gift.  The Half Full stamp set is more than just for Christmas.......take a look at my FALL tags.

These Night Hawk Bottles came in handy for this picture!

First up, Merry Merlot card stock and a Pattern from Joyous Noel.  I used the matching Glimmer paper on page 29 also.  This page in the Holiday catalog has ALL you need to make Gorgeous Cards and Tags!  I added some Wink of Stella to the glasses, the Leaves and Border are thinlits from Falling Leaves Bundle.

This Tag uses a pattern with the Copper Foil accents from Joyous Noel paper.  I added some of the Copper Glimmer Leaves and Reversible Ribbon.  I fussy cut the tag, colored the Grapes and popped up with a Copper Leaf on a Soft Suede tag.

This tag is MANLY!  Shaded Spruce tag with a Wood Grain background.  Soft Suede leaves from Falling Leaves Bundle, Copper trim, Shaded Spruce glimmer paper and a fussy cut Wine Bottle with more Wink of Stella. 

To make the TAG, cut card stock 8 1/2 X 3.  Score at 2 1/2 inches. 
Punch a 1 1/2 circle in the short end.  Add Designer paper 5 1/2 X 2 1/2.  Embellish as you wish!!

Spirited Snowmen

This Stamp set on page 38 of the Holiday catalog is adorable.  Perfect for coloring with your Blends or Markers.  The Buffalo Check stamp is on the same page and should not be overlooked!!  The Balmy Blue card base with Balmy Blue ink makes a nice Winter Background.

I saw this cut on a card a few days ago and did not write down the name of the creator, but I will say it is complicated!  Beautiful but it took me a few tries to get the angles correct.  I used the Stitching line from the Stitched Labels Framelits,but there is also a stitched line in Swirly Snowflake Thinlits which also has a Border option. This Border piece is from Falling Leaves.  SO LOTS of product on this card, but see what you have in your craft room to make a card just as cute!

I colored the Snowman with Blends and added some Wink of Stella for shimmer.  Stampin' Up will be introducing White Velvet paper in November with some SPECIAL Snowflake stamps.  I cut and Colored this one with the Blends and added a Rhinestone.  Real Red ribbon tied at the top.
