Making Christmas Bright

Today's Holiday card is a complete copy of the card on page 6 of the Holiday Catalog.  I could copy every card on pages 6 and 7!  This is why Stampin' Up catalogs are so awesome.  So many samples are at your finger tips to Copy and Share with your Family and Friends!! 

 This is the card we made when Chad Williams of Stampin' Up visited and met for lunch.  So excited that I was invited!

The Bulbs were stamped and colored with Markers, Call Me Clover, Real Red and Crushed Curry.  Call Me Clover card base and a Real Red Flagged strip of paper.  The Pattern paper is from the All Is Bright paper pack.

This Circle is EASY because all 3 Stamps are separate!  Ink up the Circle in Crushed Curry, Bright in Real Red and Call Me Clover for the rest of the Sentiment.  Use Circle framelits or the Large Circle punch to get your Circle.  The STAR Clip really adds that EXTRA!

Pumpkin Spice

Tis the Season of Pumpkin Spice EVERYTHING!!  And this Pumpkin Paper pattern is Perfect!  I embossed the paper with the SUBTLE embossing folder....LOOK at this texture!! 

The Royals are almost over and Year End at work is ready to close.  I am looking to start a NEW Class format.....Coffee and a Card....or 2 maybe 3. On this close up you can really see the "Subtle" embossing on the Pumpkins, it's the little things that really make a Card Special.

Ghostly Bag

This Ghost Paper Pattern is so cute and paired with some Bats really makes a cute combo.  And it's PURPLE so how can you go wrong!  More Foggy Background on this mini card with BATS.  Love the Sentiments in this set!!

I used Gray Granite ink stamped full strength and stamped off for the Grunge.  Highland Heather and Whisper White card base.

I scored again at 1 inch on all 4 sides to make this bag a bit taller to hold Full Size candy or socks, etc.  I did fold the cuff over to show the Striped pattern of the reverse side.

Organdy Ribbon adds the Sparkle and look at those cute Ghost Faces!!  You can get 2 bags this size from 1 sheet of paper!!

Halloween Party

I have always wanted to have a Halloween party, but never seem to have the time, but if I ever do, I want my backyard to look like this card!  Starry Night, Bright Moon with a few BATS and Spider Lanterns hanging from the Trees!

Melody Mango card base, with the Stars pattern covering the card front.  I added a Black Fence and Trees from the Farmhouse Bundle.  Hand cut the Moon and YES those Spider Light Bulbs are part of a ALL OCCASION stamp set!!  How cute!!  I strung some Baker's Twine from the Trees and popped up the Lights.

I should have added some Wink of Stella to the Bats but hey you can if you make this card at Stamp a Stack!!!

Halloween Witch Hats

Ok today I used another paper pattern, actually 2!  Witch Hats and Stars, nothing Spooky today....... NO TRICKS JUST TREATS!  The COLORs in this paper are so vibrant!

Granny Apple Green card base, Pumpkin Pie Edge and here are the rest of the colors:  Basic Black, Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry, Early Expresso, Gorgeous Grape, Highland Heather, Lemon Lime Twist, Mango Melody, Petal Pink and Whisper White.  WOW, I need to do some more mixing and matching!

I used Layering Squares to Frame the Sentiment and a Pumpkin Pie square behind.  And get a CLOSE look at the Sparkle in this Organdy ribbon!!  Love it!!

Bats a Flying......

I did not get any paper on this card.....I intended to, but I was distracted by this BAT PUNCH!  What a GREAT BUNDLE!!  This Grunge stamp makes the best Foggy Spooky background.  Stamp on Stamp off, SO EASY!

I combined with the Farm House Framelits, TREE and FENCE, these are so versatile for ALL your projects. 

Here's some tips for the Bat punch.
I hold the punch upside down with the punch elements facing me.  Notice the direction of the Bats and Stamp accordingly because this punch will punch out 3 Bats at 1 TIME!!!

Stamp along the bottom of your paper for maximum results.

Slide paper into your punch, line up and PUNCH!

I actually used Gray Granite Bats on this card.  Smoky Slate card base, Gorgeous Grape and Highland Heather for the backgrounds.  More Gray Granite ink for the Fogginess and a Stamp from the Paper Pumpkin kit looks like it is oozing out of the FOG.  I used the Stamparatus and laid the Fence down to get perfect placement of the SPOOKY!

Here is the Close up of this card.  The Fence and Tree really show how versatile the Farmhouse Bundle can be for any Occasion!

Welcome to Halloween WEEK with a new project EVERY DAY this week......get ready to be Tricked and Treated!!  This paper is so CUTE.  I did not buy the Stamp set, it is SUPER cute and THAT BROOM!  I may need to reconsider!!  Today I used the Cauldron paper to make a bag.  I tweaked the measurements a bit to show more of the pattern on this paper.

 I scored 3 sides at 1 inch.  Make sure your paper is oriented correctly so when you assemble the bag, the paper is right side up!  I decided not to cuff the top so you could see this cute stripe and the Spiders.  See the Cat Ears peeking at the bottom?  Could not save those...HAHA.

Cut your paper down to 6 X 6.  You will get 2 bags per sheet.  Score 3 sides at 1 inch and cut out the bottom corners on 1 side and cut  a slice on the other.  Bag instructions here, 6 X 6 bag
but note the SIZE is different than this bag. This finished bag is 5 inches tall by 4 inches wide by 1 inch deep,  Plenty of room for candy, Full size candy bars and so much more!  I have a yard flag in this bag!

This small Halloween flag folded perfectly for a great Neighbor gift.  You want them to decorate....HINT HINT!!  See picture above with the ruler.

Socks for that Friend with COLD FEET!  SO many adorable socks out there!

The Sparkle ribbon makes a perfect handle and I used scraps to make a 2 3/4 X 3 3/4 card.
