Hummingbird Flutter

Take 2 on the Flutter card and the precision plate is the way to go!!!  Look how pretty these cuts are:

And they peel right out of the card stock!

I decided to adhere this card together to form a pocket for the Flutter insert and used heavy duty tape adhesive.  The Flutter panel is cut 3/3/4 X 4 1/2.  I stamped in Cherry Cobbler and Lemon Lime Twist.  And added a Lemon Lime Twist ribbon pull.

Adhere the layers together and then decorate the front.

All the Framelits make the decorating easy.  Stamp and cut with the Big Shot as usual.

Here is the finished card with the Flutter Panel inside.   I added another Hummingbird Smoky Slate and Cherry Cobbler on the card front sipping from the Flower.  "Thanks" was punched with a new punch "Pretty Label".
