Yippee, I have been needing this!!  A day away doing what I love and getting sneak peaks of new Product!! 
I saw an adorable card a few weeks ago and decided to make a few more swaps.  Sorry I cannot remember who made the original, the background was brick.....I think?  So this is my version which has been dancing around in my head!

Cookie Cutter Christmas is such an awesome Stamp set and Punch.  And look at Rudolph looking in the Window Frame!  Love it!! 

 I used Tip Top Taupe as my Background paper and ink ,  Hardwood for the Stamp.  Inked from the Top and paper pressed into the Stamp.  Subtle but effective Background.  The Snow out the Window is a piece of Whisper White card stock cut 2 1/4 X 2 1/2 and embossed with the Softly Falling embossing folder.  You can do 2 pieces at once!!  The Window Frame "Hearth & Home Thinlits" was cut in Basic Black and popped up over the Snow.  But first Rudoph was stamped with Early Expresso on Tip Top Taupe and punched out.  I colored the Nose with a Real Red Marker.  I used Tombow to Glue Ruddy to the snow, a bit askew to look like he is peeking in your window.

Here is a close up without the clear envelope.  I used the Banner from "Birthday Banners" and matching Framelit.  Sentiment is from another Banner set "Banners for Christmas".  I thought Ruddy needed a cute sentiment.  And these are Photopolymer stamps so you can bend them to fit the curve of the Banner!!  I then added some Greens using the Pretty Pines Thinlits.  A bit ambitious for a SWAP, but love this card!
I love how Stampin' Up has made additional stamp sets that use our AWESOME Framelits!!
