Washi and Banners

I needed a Colorful and Fun Birthday card that was QUICK!!  So I built a Cake out of  "Playful Palette Washi Tape.  I seem to be hoarding my Washi tape, so this is a new way to get this beautiful colorful Washi tape collection on a card!  This Tape features 3 of the new In Colors, so I chose a Sweet Sugar Plum card base, stamped the Banner and Candle in Sweet Sugar Plum and the Candle Flame in Peekaboo Peach.  LOVE how this turned out!!
