Bow Builder All A Bloom

Here is another take on the Bow Builder punch.  We all have paper just begging to be used and Stampin' Up is famous for their coordinating paper.  This is a perfect chance to mix and match paper and create an adorable card for All Occasions. 

I chose Pistachio Pudding as a card base and Mossy Meadow as the ink and mat color.  The Sentiment was stamped in Mossy Meadow.  3 Bows punched were punched with the Bow Builder punch and assembled with Glue Dots.  I then used Tombow to adhere the bows to the Whisper White panel.  Inked the edges with Mossy Meadow ink and adhered to the Mossy Meadow mat.  This entire panel is popped up on the card base.
