The card base is Soft Sky with a bit of Gorgeous Grunge stamped across in Soft Sky ink. Deco Labels Framelets in Real Red frames the fishys! I stamped the Fish is Stazon ink and colored with Stampin' Write markers. Then cut out with the smaller Deco Label. I added a bit of Soft Sky grunge bubbles and how cute is this? And simple to make with little stampers!
