Blendabilities Stained Glass

I have been trying to get this card made all week and finally went a bit crazy with Vellum tonight and made a few cards.  Embossing on Vellum is beautiful, the tricky part is finding a place to adhere the image to the card without compromising the image.  I stamped the window in Versamark and embossed with Gold embossing powder. I used Tombow and put a thin bead of glue under the ridges of the stained glass and adhered directly to the Perfect Plum card base.  I did add the Woodgrain pattern to the card base in Perfect Plum ink with the Hardwood background atamp.  The vellum was colored with various Blendability markers on the reverse side.  I advise not cutting out the image until you are finished coloring so you have something to hang on to.  But the Blendability markers dry instantly and are so easy to work with!  I used a sentiment from New Born King and also embossed in gold and punched with the Decorative Label punch.  I had a boo boo on the embossing and wanted to cover it up!!

These vellum cards will be available to make at Stamp a Stack, but keep in mind they do take a bit more time to complete.
