Who? Hoot?

I have been trying to use this Striped Scallop Framelit since it arrived in my pre-order without much success.  And then I saw this owl!  Mine is a bit different but the premise is the same.  Punches, Framelits and the Fancy Fan embossing folder give this little guy lots of Texture.  And the Background could be the Hardwood background stamp but that is to expected!  I chose a wavy pattern from Chalk Lines and love the whimsy it adds to this card!  Woo Hoo is the perfect sentiment from Just Sayin'.
