Here is another card using Petal Parade in a more natural way, more me. Needless to say I made this card in 5 minutes! The color combo is Soft Sky, Pistachio Pudding, Crumb Cake and Black on Naturals White card stock. The chevron in this set inspired me to use the Chevron ribbon which had been on the shelf and I love this ribbon. I stamped "Thank You", but this card would work for many occasions and could be made in many color combos. I will show you a trick with the Soft Sky mat. Check out the picture:
I meant to center my ribbon between the Black leaf images, OOPS! I guess I forgot! The camera tells no lies!!
Even if you are not thinking about the next card you will make, try to remember to cut something out of that mat for NEXT......No one will ever see the hole behind the card front and your card stock will go further! For us paper hoarders that is a good thing!!
