Is February Over yet?........

 I was tired of January and all the snow and here comes February with the same nonsense last week and here we are again!  I want Spring and I am signed up for Fort Osage Project Grad on 3/29....so I am getting ready!!  I grabbed some Pastel 6X6 paper and wrapped some Nail Files!  My new Cellophane bags arrived so they are wrapped up and ready to go for Independence Uptown Market 3/1 and Project Grad 3/29.


There is a glimmer of hope after Friday and I am going to continue to Think Spring as I craft this week!

Take Flight....

 Of course I made a Butterfly card and the Embossing folder and dies are out of stock until the week of 2/24.  Once the stamp set went on the Sale-a-bration offer I feared these would sell fast! 


I used a random Minty Green card base from my stash of things I need to use.  I have embossed lots of White backgrounds for Baby cards and did a few Butterflies.  Embossing adds so much texture to cards with minimal effort!  I am so far behind in card making so I need to make every moment count!


Here's a better view of all the detail on this embossing folder.  I will alert on the Blog as soon as this item is available again.  It's a Keeper!

Story Book Baby cards.....

 I made lots of Baby cards this past weekend using Retired Stamps and then the Arched Dies arrived and the StoryBook paper!  2 sheets of Die cut images caught my eye and were perfect for these embossed backgrounds! The Cute Crochet folder looks like a Baby Blanket....on this card base from the Valentine Paper Pumpkin kit.



The Goose was added to the Arch and a Sentiment, what an adorable card!


I can't remember the name of this Embossing folder, but look in your stash and find patterns that look like Blankets!  This Arch was cut in Plaid paper and the Goose is so cute with a popped up Sentiment!


And finally this Momma Squirrel is bringing some flowers to the New Baby!  This 3X4 piece of Story Book Designer paper was adhered to the Boho Blue and embossed with the Retired Tufted embossing folder.  Looks like a Blanket with a Border!!  Just a few NEW Products can really get the creative juices flowing......cold weather is coming......get crafty!!

Happy Valentine's Day

 I follow a comedian One Funny Mother Dena Blizzard and belong to her ONline Facebook group.  A Teacher in the group was participating in "Hearts around the United States" and asked for a Valentine from every state be sent to her 3rd and 4th Grade class.  I put a card in the mail right away!  And yesterday they sent me a card!  So fun and My Heart is bursting with all the Love shared across the States.  This group is such a Blessing to ALL of us who listen to the Morning Lives, Tipsy Tuesdays and Cooking with Di.  


This school is in New Jersey and this Teacher is doing great things!!  I hope you all have a Great day showing your LOVE for the Special people in your life and the everyday people you encounter along the way.  We all need Love, Love Sweet Love!!
