Today I made some more Clear Tiny Treat boxes with SANTA!!  He is so cute and I colored him with Markers!!  Love him.......he is so Jolly and the Washi tape is all the accent you need on the Box.

2 X 8 Fall Treats

I had no idea the 1X8 Treat tubes were no longer in the catalog, I have filled most of my old stash for the Craft Fair on the 15th.  So I decided to order some of the 2X8 tubes and see what would fit.  The Werther's fit really well and love the Gold sparkle that shines thru.  I plan to try some Dove or Hershey nugget candy next, so stay tuned!!

I added some retired Chevron ribbon(our current Burlap) would look fabulous!!  Stamped Crumb Cake ink on Delightful Dijon, Cajun Craze and Tip Top Taupe and cut out leaves with the Vintage Leaves Framelits.  Punched a small hole in each leaf and strung on Linen Thread.  I then tied the Leaves to the top.  Super simple and what a nice table favor for the Thanksgiving!!

Cookie Cutter Christmas Tiny Treats

This is my First inking of Cookie Cutter Christmas and I am in LOVE with this Reindeer!!  And the Bells make a perfect RED nose!!  I added some Candy Cane Lane Washi Tape to the Reindeer Clear Treat box of Peppermints and the Real Red Twine twine ties on the Tag.  A Ginger Bread Man with The Real Red 3/4 Stitched Edge ribbon adorns the other box.  I used Rhinestones and Candy Dots on the Gingerbread man.  And these PUNCH, SO EASY!!  The Tags are from the Curvy Keepsake Thinlet.

So many boxes, so little time!!!  8 Peppermints in each box.

Fall Treats

These treat boxes would make great Place Holders for your Holiday Dinners.  Names could easily be added to a tag, or little parting gifts for Guests.  I love how the Gold wrappers shine through the Clear Tiny Treat Boxes and the Gold threads in the twine add shine on the outside.
The Leaves are from the Thoughtful Branches Bundle.  The Ribbon, twine and wooden leaves are retired from last year.  I will be selling these at the Craft Fair October 15th.  Each Treat box holds 7 Werther's Caramels.  Maybe could hold 8.....

 I used a glue dot to added the Sponged Wooden leaf to the sides.

Clear Tiny Treat Boxes

Oh so cute and at less than .50 cents a box you can use these boxes in many ways!  Today I filled mine with Candy Corn and added a strip of Washi tape and a Skeleton. 

I stamped a Bat and Pumpkin Face directly to the sides.  Pretty easy, try not to let the stamp slide as it will blur.  You can always wipe off and try again.  Use Stazon ink and allow to dry!

My Bat is a bit squiggly, I should have tried again!

Last Day at the K.......2016

I am not sure how it act?  It's October and there is NO Post Season?  In a way we are a bit relieved because we are TIRED!!!  And I only worked a few hours in half the games that our Fabulous players flew, bussed, drove and suited up to play, DAY after DAY!! 

Our Boys in Blue are amazing and I know KC loves them no matter their record this year.  This Team is the BEST and injuries have been a big factor, but they still hung in there and broke attendance records and gave us a Team to be proud of.  I am so blessed to work at the K and feel the energy from the Fans and My Friends that I work with every Home game!! 

Watch out 2017, here we come!!!

This card is a Happy Accident.  I embossed Clear leaves on Whisper White card stock, then embossed the sentiment in Copper.  I tried the whole "Smoosh" technique again and well it looked AWFUL!!  You can still see some of the darker splotches in the background.  But once I sponged Pumpkin Pie ink over the entire card, the leaves really popped!!

The Burlap ribbon needed something, so I wrapped strands of Copper Thread around my hand several times and then tied around the Burlap.  A glue dot and a Pearl hold the Copper Thread in place.

All the shine makes the close up blurry, but in person the textures really mesh! 


I hope you try this "Smoosh" technique or come to Stamp a Stack on October 8th and try it in my Craft Room!
