There is so much you can do with this Stamp set and the Framelits will be available in the New Annual catalog.  I love how this Tropical Escape paper pulls the Green from the leaves.  This card could be for Birthdays, Get Well, lots of Occasions!

Powder Pink card base and some retired ribbon....OOH the Dotted ribbon would be lovely on this card....more coming.....sometimes in the craft room you lose track of what would look good and get COLOR blind.  Some times that accent color is what the project needs!

Happy 50th Birthday

Succulent & Herb Coasters

Sometimes you just hold on to certain Stamp sets.....this one was a no brainer as it contains herbs.  And Herbs mean shades of Purple and Greens.  My Favorite!  SO I am using these retired items for Coasters.  The Tumbled Tile can be found at Home Depot......Lowes does not carry it.  You need a porous surface to absorb the ink. 

I colored with Blends and then sprayed with an Acrylic Clear Spray paint to seal.  Little Felt feet are on the bottom to protect surfaces from scratches.

And of course the Paper Pumpkin Succulent stamp!  This stamp set will never leave my house....

And some Thyme.....perfect for the Patio table this Summer!

Spring Craftiness

  Have you ever thought about recycling........I have a new exciting way to recycle.  Metal Garden Accents!  I have been hanging onto this Butterfly ruled die for years.....what do you have in your craft room?

I used Pop cans, cut off the top and then down the side and then around the bottom.  BE CAREFUL this stuff is sharp!  Until you run thru the BIG SHOT and then the edges are rolled.  You could probably still cut yourself if you tried really hard! 

I used a tiny hole punch and then attached with Floral Wire.  Formed a Loop and then wound the extra wire under the button.  I have tons of these Retired Stampin' Up buttons.  I then attached an alligator clip so I can clip to a Hanging Plant or a Plant Stake to Flutter in the wind!

Grandma used Pie Plates in her garden.....I'll use Butterflies!!  See these and more at the Garden Faire this Saturday at Independence Uptown Market.  I have some Coconut Water and Coca Cola Cans ready to add to this collection.

Flowering Desert

I am going to MISS this stamp set!  Snag one before it RETIRES!!  I had this leftover paper from a few years ago and wanted to make Gift Bags for the Market.  And of course a Matching Card!

I used Call Me Clover, Melon Mambo, So Saffron and Pumpkin Pie to bring out the colors of the paper.  Love how this turned out!!

Tea Time

The fact that I will be at the Independence Uptown Farmers Market EVERY Saturday has sunk in.....let the crafting begin!!  I made these Tea Boxes years ago when these stamp cases first came out.  Old ideas can become new, especially when you have a Teapot Stamp and Matching Framelits!!

Tranquil Textures designer paper really is a Great paper for this project.  Subtle Monet like patterns make a beautiful background for the Powder Pink and Balmy Blue Teapots.  

Cut paper 11 1/4 X 3 1/4.  Slide behind the plastic covering and close.  THAT SIMPLE!!!  Double sided paper makes for a Pretty inside and outside!

 Here are the inside patterns, all ready to add some Tea Bags, Gift Card, Sweetner packets, even Honey packets.  This would make a nice Travel case for your Favorite Teas you do not want to leave at home!

Love these dots, there is still time to sang this paper before it retires!

Also perfect for a Mother's Day Gift!  Add a Spa Gift Card, Nail Polish, Manicure kit.  Lots of possibilities!!

Sympathy the Hardest card to make.........
