Here is how you cut a Frame, you can determine the thickness of the Frame by pairing your Framelits together and allowing as much of your Stamped image to be seen as you want. 13 Framelits give you lots of options!.
I glued the Frame to the Ducks and then popped up the Framed Image on the card front. Since my Sentiment was a bit crooked......I tilted on the card front!! Colored Pencils and Wink of Stella give these Ducks the shimmer.
